About Us

Welcome to Paradise Valley’s choice for ethical esthetics and personal dental care. At Mirror Image Dental, your care starts with a conversation. We listen, we look together, and we plan with you—never for you. Our goal is simple: healthy, natural-looking smiles created ethically, not aggressively.

Our Story

We’re identical twins who grew up in Phoenix/Scottsdale. For years, we watched friends and family bounce between offices, feel rushed, or leave confused about costs. We opened Mirror Image Dental to be different.

  • Fewer surprises.
  • More clarity.
  • Care that fits real life.

Our background in music (guitar and upright bass) taught us precision, rhythm, and teamwork. Dentistry uses the same skills. We plan case by case, check each other’s work, and keep the focus on what serves you long term

What “Ethical Esthetics” Means Here

You’ll never be pushed into treatment. We start with health, then esthetics.

  • We show you what we see on CBCT, iTero, and intraoral photos.
  • We explain risks, benefits, and alternatives in plain language.
  • You get clear fees before we start.
  • We design results that still look like you.

If a simple option solves the problem, that’s the option we recommend.

Our Dental Associations

Your Smile, Your Plan

We listen first and learn your goals. Then we show you what we see on digital imaging and lay out clear options, costs, and timelines—so you can choose with confidence.

Two Doctors, More Insight

Our Kois-trained team plans your care together. One shared philosophy—ethical, evidence-based, and aimed at natural, lasting results.

Science-driven, Not Sales-driven

We keep up with current research and use modern imaging to plan precisely. That means fewer assumptions and more predictable outcomes—whether you’re here for a checkup, Invisalign, cosmetic bonding or veneers, crowns and bridges, implants, or repair work after an emergency.

A Visit That Lowers Stress

We know the dentist can feel intimidating. We’ve built small comforts into each step.

  • A calm, modern space with natural tones
  • Beverage bar and a kids’ play area
  • TVs, Netflix, wireless headphones in rooms
  • Gentle numbing and unhurried explanations
  • You can pause anytime and ask questions

What to expect

Step 1

For People Worried About Over-Treatment

You may have been told you “need” a big makeover. Often, you don’t. We look for conservative ways to protect healthy tooth structure. Small, well-planned changes can make a big difference.

Step 2

For People Who Want Natural Results

Our esthetic goal is “Is that natural?”—not “brand-new teeth.” We design around your face, bite, and preferences. You’ll know what to expect before we begin.

Step 3

For Busy Families

One dental home for checkups, sealants, fillings, Invisalign guidance, and restorative care. See the same doctors each visit. We help you map care across calendars and phases, so treatment doesn’t take over your week.

Step 4

For Dental-avoidant or Emergency Patients

No judgment. Start where you are. If you’re in pain, call now—same-day time is held for toothaches, broken teeth, extractions, root canals, and repairs. We’ll stop the pain today and build a simple plan for tomorrow.

First Visit, Step By Step

  1. We talk. You share goals, concerns, and past experiences.
  2. We scan and photograph. You’ll see exactly what we see.
  3. We plan together. We outline options with timelines and fees.
  4. You choose. We schedule at a pace and budget that work for you.

Leave with a clear path—even if you’re not ready to start that day.
